All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST. Payment must be received before we ship your order.
We ship pan-India. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags. Sale items, innerwear, and customized products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Velora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
